I think that this is illegal in the world of dating.
1) If you really truly love someone, you would only wish to be with them. Why the heck would you even try to do this?!
2) If the person dies and you loved them, you'd be more concerned on grieving and not trying to find another person to go out with.
3) This could also turn into a fight, but not only between g/f and b/f, but the other person involved. As far as I'm concerned on this issuse, if the person really loves you, they wouldn't be thinking about doing this.
I rest my case.
