I went to go see this movie Saturday night with some friends, and we all thought it wasn't that great. The previews for this movie make it appear to be a horror, but it turns out to be more of a thriller/suspense.

There were parts of this movie that made me scared, due to the dramatic music and me expecting something to jump out at you. Well, you will definately be disappointed because NOTHING HAPPENS in those scenes. Its just a false scare!

This movie took place more in the courtroom than anything. Only time you see what happens to Emily is when all the witnesses recount the times they saw her...and it wasn't that great.

I still enjoyed the overall movie, but the fact that the previews mislead you makes the movie disappointing in the sense that I had such high expectations for it.

So what did you think (for those that saw it)?

it wasnt as scary as you watched it but once it was over and you started thinking about it... thas when it sorta got scary. I bet i could make a scarier demon movie... like where some dudes accidently screw around in the occult and have no idea what the below their doing. then they release demons that start screwing with people and stuff. ya know, incubuses rapeing women and killing them... succubuses preying upon men looking for sex... poltergeists... then satan decides he wants to have some fun...

I think I will be afraid. But yah the whole idea of the movie leaves you with creepy thoughts.

Windscarz: I wouldn't say it is a WASTE of money, but it's definately not a MUST SEE movie. Your choice really!

That one hasn't come out yet. I want to because I have seen the original Exorcism and The Remake. I was watching Entertainment Tonight and it said that they have "real life" exorcism clips. Were there any?

They had a tape recorder where you could hear all the screaming and stuff...maybe that was real? I'm not sure.

Anyway,
I saw this movie with 2 friends.
And well.
it sucked.
it wasn't scary at ALL.
And I laughed when all the people's eyes started like, bleeding black.
ROFL.
It was hilarious.
Some horror, More Like comedy.

Almost all.
Because they are meant to scare people, they just aren't scary.
I'm just one of those people, who thinks nothing is scary. xD
I think Horrors are funny.
Because they fail in their attempts to scare you. =D
