Best way to earn friends is to be really active, you like how someone put something in part of the forum? then PM them, talk about it, compliment them, then slowly get into talking about what you like, like what animes. then, tada! you are friends.

Of course I, I don't really get slowly into it and say: wanna be friends? I liked how you put that statement on whatever topic.

example:

Hi! wanna be friends? I like your avatar. I like ropck music, how about you?

if they dont send back, they are jerks.

which is why I am going to say this: if you dont wanna be someones friend, say: I don't want to be your friend, sorry. or :No thank you.
