hey i heard so far tht u need 40 post 2 get the pm but do u get like a buddy list with it??
When you click on "0 new messages" or "My Controls" then to the left of the screen is a little column that has a bunch of options. Click on PM buddies/block list and you can add people from there.
40 posts are needed, but do not write useless 1 liner posts or 1 word posts, or else I will delete it and warn you.
