Ok I am a die hard fan of this series. (just look at my name)
I think thye are some of the best games ever made. The have open ended game play. Fun missions and have plenty of violance and langauge. Just awsome.

I myself never much cared for the series, then, I've only played Vice City in-depth so my opinion is rather biased.

GTA 3 really revolutionized the series and it took off from there

I love the GTA series! I've been playing San Andreas a lot lately; just using the 100-feet jump on the bike code and going around. Ah, great game.

Gtrand tehft Auto is a game it does NOT tell anyone to do anything. It is intend to just be played as way to entertain yourself. Not to tell you to commit crimes in real life.

this game was on the news once because the new version was too violent and some major stores stopped selling it.
