The Rules
Your gang MUST be reasonoble in a GTA game
The same for weapons and vehicles
No just killing Gang leaders, they can be killed but the oppistion gang MUST have a clear chance caused by an error made by a hostile gang to do this. This also goes for members fighting in this gang war. If some has left themseves open for being killed in a reasonble way that can be taken out of the war. For exapmle returning to a safehouse is NOT vaunerble to a kill. If that combatent has left themself in the city somewhere that is diffrent. That means they are in the streets. You are allowed at anytime to attack a rival gangs income sorces at anytime.
You are allowed to be more then one character (created or existing)

Leader Tommy Vercetti (giveing ordars from Vice City, I run opertions in iberty under Tommy's command)(I also RP as Tommy)
At war with- Colombain Cartels, Yardies, and the Forellis.
Allied With- Grove Street
Info- A powerfull gang with world wide reach the Vercetti Mafia in among the worlds most dangouris gangs. The run opertions in Vice City, Liberty City, Andreas and Carcer City. They expasions occoured after the events of the GTA games in each area. The Vercetti Mafia also owns some of the docks in LC and run the shipping bussnieses. This acts as a front for numerous illeagle income sorces.
