Okay, so the best way to describe this manga to those non-readers is....

it's like Fruits basket ONLY IN THE SINCE that the people change appearance and it's also a romance. BUt the peopel don't change into the Zodiac they change into other thingys... like a tungu and a wolf... and other stuff, but I dont rmeember.

I havent read it in a long time but it's really good and I think I cried a few times....

...anyone ever hear of it?
