Fetuses and such are just like sperm that is beginning to grow. They don't think and will not be able to feel "death". They won't knkow they were to exist or ever going to.

If you leave the sperm where it is (i.e. outside a uterus), it isn't gonna develop into a baby. The circumstances aren't right. Rakko's only saying if the circumstances *are* right.
