This applies to everyone. People (not naming anyone in particular, but you DO know who you are) are breaking the rules constantly and starting now, I will NOT be tolerating any rule breaking. Swearing, insults, w/e are not acceptable unless its the war room (swearing still not permitted) because this forum is going downhill once more.
