He's only arguing the fact that we have waaay too many mods/admins who AREN'T Doing their job, so why not demote them?

In a way I agree...because some members may get confused as to who to speak to if they need to speak to someone...

We have too many registered mods/admins, but very few who actually do their job. Now its up to sylvaron to demote them if he feels like it or not.

But at least we do have a fair amount who does their work.

I disagree, 11 is excessive for this forum, it may say we have +800 members, but only 20 or so actually show up once in a while, and most of them are the mods and admins. So in fact, most of the people who use this board are officials, which makes no sense whatsoever.

what it all comes down to is, why the below are you arguing? big dam deal we have lots of admins and mods, do you see any problems? not really because there's someone always on to fix them. Big deal, it ain't your site, so why the below should you pointlessly be arguing? below, EVERYONE can me a mod or admin if he wanted, thats his decision, NOT someone who has 30+ posts

regardless of how many posts i have on THIS forum, i am experienced none the less, and it is not your buisness what i argue, i simply find it needless and laughable that nearly everyone who comes to this forum is a moderator or admin, so they can all rule over one another, pointless.

You just keep repeating yourself, it's like a damned broken record. I don't see any new ideas on how to approach the problem or anything. You're just sticking with your own point of view, and not bothering to consider anyone elses. You have no right to judge us, because this isn't your forum anyway, it's ours. We control it. So you can STFU, and if you do not like it you can GTFO. If I was at one of the forums you are experienced in, I wouldn't go around complaining about how things work. So far, this way has been working, so why change now? It isn't pointless, origin was right. At least there isn't a shortage. There are only a few active moderators anyway, and half of our admins don't come on. You just see some statistics and say, "Omg. Too many admins and mods."

And yes, the truth is, we could get rid of over half of our staff.
But why should we when there is no reason?
This entire argument is lame.
It's completely pointless when CLEARLY, our staff is much too stubborn to change the way we have been.
If you want to run things your way, I suggest you make your own forum.
Plus, how the heckz would you know if we are trying to overule and tower over each other?
I don't see modship in your future anytime soon.
Besides, sometimes it's nice to have a second opinion.
